IELTS
The network of IELTS test centres managed by IDP: IELTS Australia offers you more than 200 test locations in 45 countries.
Please contact the test centre where you booked your IELTS test. If you postpone or cancel your application more than 5 weeks before the test date, you will receive a refund minus an administration charge. If you postpone or cancel within 5 weeks of the test date, you will be charged the full fee unless you have a medical reason. If you are unable to attend due to a serious medical condition and provide a medical certificate within 5 days of the test date, you will receive a refund minus the local administrative cost. If you are delayed by circumstances beyond your control (e.g. a transport strike) the test centre may offer you a test on the next available test date.
IELTS uses a 9-band scoring system to report test scores in a consistent manner. You receive individual band scores for Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking and an Overall Band Score on a band scale from one to nine.
CELBAN
The CELBAN is an assessment for Internationally Educated Nurses (IENs) who are required to provide evidence of language proficiency to Canadian Nursing Regulators.

CELBAN Unofficial Score Reports will be emailed out to examinees within 20 business days of the date they complete both parts of CELBAN. CELPIP
Canadian English is the variety of English spoken in Canada. It contains elements of British English and American English in its vocabulary, as well as many distinctive Canadianisms. Please note that both British and American English spellings are accepted on the CELPIP Test.
Each component of the test is given a CELPIP Level and there is no pass or fail. It is recommended that you contact the institution to which you are applying about their English language requirements.
The CELPIP Test is designated by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). The CELPIP-General Test is proof of English language proficiency for permanent resident status in Canada and the CELPIP-General LS Test is proof of Listening and Speaking proficiency for Canadian citizenship.
TOEFL
The TOEFL® test is an English language assessment that is often required for admission by English-speaking universities and programs around the world. In addition to being accepted at more than 11,000 institutions in over 150 countries, including Australia, Canada, and the US, TOEFL scores help you get noticed by admissions officers who consider the TOEFL test a more accurate measure of your ability to succeed in a university setting.
There are four sections in the TOEFL iBT ® test: reading, listening, speaking, and writing. All four skills are measured and scores are based on criteria set forth by ETS, the maker of the TOEFL test. The test measures your level of English proficiency in all four of these skills, and English-speaking institutions use your scores to determine if you would be able to succeed in their academic environment.
You can retake the test as many times as you wish, but only once within any 3-day period.
ESL
You require a minimum of three months of regular attendance and benchmark levels confirmed by your instructor prior to requesting a benchmark certificate. The request for certificate can be done by contacting the office directly or through your instructor.
You’ll be transferred to another instructor if there’s a change in your availability or benchmark levels that your current instructor can’t accommodate.
